I got the medium/regular frame and i'm 15 yrs old also and about 5.3 and it fits me nicely. I love it, wouldnt change it at all. My foot doesnt hit my front tire, and i'm a size 10 in shoe sizes. As long as you dont have huge feet, your feet shouldn't hit and it should be a perfect frame!
